Cinco Bakehouse was founded by Andreina and Gabriel, the husband and wife team behind every sweet creation. Andi, born and raised in the Dominican Republic, is the heart and hands of the kitchen, crafting each cookie with love and creativity. Gabe, born and raised in Puerto Rico, brings the vision and drive that keep our dream growing and thriving.

What started in 2019 as a fun, creative outlet in Andi’s kitchen soon became something greater, a shared dream built on faith, resilience, and teamwork. Through every challenge and triumph, God has remained our foundation.

By 2024, Cinco Bakehouse had grown into more than a business, it became a reflection of who we are: passionate, creative, and dedicated to making every batch with care and purpose. Each cookie is a small reminder that “All things are possible to those who believe.”— Mark 9:23
